I’ve heard from a well placed source that Dennis Hopson, the #3 pick in the 1987 NBA draft, has accepted an assistants job at Bowling Green. Hopson has been on Rollie Massimino’s staff at Northwood for the past few years. This is a great move for the former Ohio State standout and Toledo native. Hopson has great name recognition (and an NBA Championship ring), which should really bolster the Falcons recruiting efforts. Expect an official announcement in the next few days.
