Some assistants on the move / possibly on the move…
• Mark Phelps – Heading from Missouri to Marquette. Done deal. He is the former head coach at Drake.
• Jason Kemp – Heading from Toledo to Ohio. Previously worked for new Ohio coach Saul Phillips at North Dakota State. Also a done deal.
• Jayden Olson – DBO at Nebraska is rumored to be heading to North Dakota State where he will join the staff of new head coach Dave Richman. I’ve also heard that current NDSU assistant Freddy Coleman will remain on staff.
• Chad Myers – I’ve heard the Hoop Group staffer may be headed to UNC Wilmington.
• Mike Pegues – Word on the street is that he is involved with the open assistant spot at VCU. I’ve also heard a former DI HC may be involved as well.
