Long-time Western Connecticut Head Coach Bob Campbell will retire before the upcoming season according to a report by Hoopsville’s Dave McHugh. In 32 seasons as the head coach at Western, he compiled a 590-278 (.680) record. Some of Campbell’s accomplishments include: Twelve seasons with 20 or more wins, including seven consecutive from 1988 to 1995.
