Mark Gottfried will reportedly receive a buyout of more than $2 million from the University of Alabama. He will get 29 payments of roughly $75,000 each. This will change if he decides to take another job, then his buyout will be decreased by the amount of his new salary. I guess being forced out isn’t always a bad thing!
