According to a source close to the situation, Bluefield State is close to naming Stillman College assistant Jamaal Jackson as the next head coach. Jackson would replace Jimmy Voight who was dismissed last month (http://hoopdirt.com/blog/47335bd4/voight-out-at-bluefield-st…). Jackson has been at SC since 2008 and spent four seasons at Kentucky State before that. An official announcement is expected within the next few day.
