Chad Boudreau, a coach with 20 years of experience at the college level, has been selected as Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Boudreau joins the staff of head coach Pat Miller after spending the last 11 years as an assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He served as recruiting coordinator for the Panthers, a Division I program.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chad to our program,” Miller said. “He brings a wealth of experience and expertise, and he is well connected and well respected in the basketball community. Chad will be a huge part of sustaining the excellence that has defined our program for many years.”

During Boudreau’s tenure under Rob Jeter, Milwaukee tallied four postseason appearances, including NCAA Tournament bids in 2006 and 2014. The Panthers reached the second round in 2006 after a first-round upset of Oklahoma.

Boudreau assisted in the development of 12 All-Horizon League players, including three first team honorees, and six Horizon League All-Newcomer Team selections.

Prior to Milwaukee, Boudreau served as an assistant coach at Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa. He helped lead Indian Hills to three NJCAA No. 1 rankings and an NJCAA Final Four berth in 2000, and helped 22 players earn scholarships to NCAA Division I schools.

Boudreau also held assistant coaching positions for the Hannibal-LaGrange (Mo.) College women’s basketball team and the Anita (Iowa) High School girls basketball team. He played for two seasons as an undergraduate at Hannibal-LaGrange.

Boudreau is the husband of Stacy Boudreau, who has served as UW-Whitewater’s head volleyball coach since 2005.
