New Bradley AD Chris Reynolds has been on the job for less than a week, and has already made a major move. Reynolds sent an email this morning announcing the firing of head basetball coach Geno Ford. The email read in part, "We appreciate the contributions of Coach Ford during his four years of leading our men’s basketball program and wish him nothing but the best." He also said that a national search will begin immediately.

Bradley finished 9-24 this season, and compiled a 46-86 record in his four years at Bradley. He came to Bradley from Kent State in 2011 from Kent State where he went 68-37 in three seasons. Ford has also been the head coach at Muskingum and Shawnee State. An official statement is expected to be released tomorrow.
