Multiple sources are confirming that Fred Hill has reached a deal with Rutgers that will remove him as the Head Basketball Coach. No terms of the deal have been released yet. Hill has scheduled a 3:00 team meeting to inform his players of the decision. In four years at Rutgers, Hill went 47-77 overall and 13-57 in the Big East.

After this past season, Hill was given a vote of support from AD Tim Pernetti, but has come under fire in recent days for his behavior at a Rutgers baseball game (http://hoopdirt.com/news/406e0d54/hill-in-hot-water-at-rutge…).

An official press conference is expected either later today or tomorrow from Pernetti.
