BREAKING: Muller, not Judson, the choice at Illinois State

Apparently this morning’s report from The Pantagraph was incorrect. Current Illinois State assistant Rob Judson was not offered the job and tonight, according to CBSSports.com ISU will hire Vanderbilt assistant Dan Muller. The 1998 Illinois State grad has spent the past 12-seasons on Kevin Stallings’ staff at Vandy. Muller is ranked eighth in career scoring and helped ISU to a 91-36 record during his stay. He also was a two-time MVC Defensive Player of the Year and was named the MVP of the MVC Tournament as a senior. Off the court, Muller was just as successful. He was a two-time GTE Academic All-American and a recipient of the NCAA’s Post-Graduate Scholarship. He also was named a Bone Scholar, the highest academic honor at ISU.
