After less than a week on the job, multiple sources are telling me that Jerry Carrillo has had a change of heart and will not be the head coach at Chaminade. Carrillo was named to the post last week after a successful run at Chocise College (AZ). According to my source, West Liberty assistant Eric Bovaird will be the choice to replace Carrillo. Bovaird has been an assistant at West Liberty (his alma mater) for the past seven seasons. Expect an announcement today or tomorrow.
