It’s early in the search process at Cornell, but here are some of the names that I’ve heard:

Paul Fortier – Assistant Coach Washington. Was an assistant to Donahue at Cornell (04-06).

Joel Burke – Assistant Coach Navy. Another former Donahue assistant (2001-04).

Mike Maker – Head Coach Williams College. Took Williams to DIII National Championship game this season. Has been an Ivy League assistant (Dartmouth – 11 seasons) and had assistant stops at Creighton and West Virginia.

I’ve heard that two other Donahue assistants are going to stay where they are. Hobart Head Coach Izzy Metz and Army Head Coach Zack Spiker are happy in their current situations.
