I have heard from multiple sources that Columbia has hired Adam Hood as an assistant. Hood was most recently the special assistant to head coach Joe Jones at Boston University. The 2008 Air Force grad had been at BU for the past two years. Look for the official announcement this week.

I can confirm that Central Connecticut associate head coach Sean Ryan has resigned. He had been on the staff for the past four seasons – last season was his first as the associate head coach. He will replace Antonio Reynolds-Dean who departed in May to become an assistant at the College of Charleston. Markwood has been at Vermont since 2011, and was an assistant at Maine before that.
