BREAKING: Neal named head coach at New Mexico

We mentioned this yesterday – it’s now official. New Mexico has promoted Craig Neal to replace Steve Alford as the Lobos head coach. A 3:00pm press conference has been scheduled for tomorrow to officially introduce him. We’ll bring you more after the presser.

HOT RUMOR: Patsos accepts Siena job

Multiple sources are saying that Loyola (MD) head coach Jimmy Patsos has accepted the job at Siena. We first mentioned Patsos involvement with Siena back on March 15th (http://hoopdirt.com/blog/ac0907a6/siena-rumors/…). It sounds like the announcement will come sometime tomorrow.
