According to a great source, New Mexico State assistant Mick Durham has been offered the Alaska-Fairbanks job. It sounds like he just needs to sign a contract before the hiring is made official. Durham was the head coach at Montana State for 16 seasons before joining the staff at NMSU 3 seasons ago.
