College of Southern Idaho Men’s Basketball head coach Steve Gosar announced he will step down as the Golden Eagles head coach effective June 30.

Gosar has compiled an overall record of 126-42 during his five seasons as the CSI head coach.

Gosar brought home the school’s third NJCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship in 2011, winning the Scenic West Athletic Conference regular season title and the Region 18 Tournament as well. That year, he earned Region 18, District 1 and NJCAA Coach of the Year honors as well as being honored as the Outstanding Coach of the national tournament.
