Last season was Ganz’ first at Green Bay following a stint as the associate head coach at Northern Michigan. Ganz has also worked at Southern Indiana and Northern Michigan.

At Green Bay this past season, Ganz was part of 14-game turn around from the following season, which saw the Phoenix finish with an 18-15 record.
