I can confirm through multiples sources that D2 Cameron University (OK) will hire Nathan Kennedy as their new head men’s basketball coach. Kennedy has spent the past five seasons on the Arkansas Tech staff, serving most recently as the associate head coach.
Prior to his time at Tech, Kennedy worked as an assistant coach at Northeastern State, and has also been an assistant at the University of Charleston and the University of West Alabama.
Kennedy will replace Kevin O’Connor, who became the head coach at Georgia Southwestern a few weeks ago.
