I can confirm through multiple sources that Bridgewater College (VA) will hire VMI assistant Steve Enright as their new head basketball coach. A 12:30pm press conference has been scheduled for today to make the announcement.

Enright had been on Dan Earl’s staff at VMI since June of 2018. Before that, he had served as an assistant at Bridgewater for three seasons. Enright also spent time as an administrative staffer at URI where he worked for Dan Hurley.

Enright will replace Shawn Postiglione who resigned in mid-September to become the head coach at Moravian College (PA).
