I have heard that John Jay head men’s basketball coach Ryan Hyland is on the move, and intends to join Mike Magpayo’s new staff at Fordham.
Hyland has been the head coach at John Jay for the past ten seasons. This past year, he led the Bloodhounds to a 19-9 (11-3) record, and captured the CUNYAC Tournament Championship. Prior to his time at John Jay, Hyland served as an assistant at his alma mater Catholic.
