D3 DIRT: Rhode Island College’s Glynn on the move; headed to Rivier U

Story: Adam Nelson (@HD_DirtKing)

I can confirm through multiple sources that D3 Rhode Island College head coach Tom Glynn has resigned, and will become the new head coach at D3 Rivier University (NH).

Glynn has spent the past five years at RIC, and was the head coach at D3 Nichols College for four seasons before that. At Nichols, he put together a 94-20 (.825) record, including four straight 20 win campaigns. His overall career mark stands at 146-76 (.658).

Glynn will replace Lance Bisson at Rivier, who resigned back on January 18th. He will have monster task in front of him, as Rivier has posted a 21-120 (.149) record as a program since 2016. The Raiders finished this past season at 2-23, losing their last 19 straight.

More on this when it becomes official.
