I can confirm that the following three small colleges will open:
NCAA D2 Fort Valley State (GA)
Head coach Montez Robinson will resign in order to pursue other basketball opportunities. Robinson had been the head coach at FVSU for the past four seasons. Prior to his time with the Wildcats, Robinson served as an assistant (and later interim head coach) at UT Martin, and also as the head coach at Alcorn State.
NAIA St. Mary-of-the Woods College (IN)
Following a 28-6 season, Jesse McClung is stepping away as the head coach at SMWC. McClung, who just wrapped up his second season at the school went 25-7 during his first campaign. No word on where McClung is headed or why he resigned.
NCCAA Clinton College (SC)
Cory Sloan is no longer the head coach at Clinton College. Sloan had been the Golden Bears head coach for the past three seasons. Sloan wraps up his tenure at CC with a 54-26 overall record, including a 13-12 mark this season.
More on all three of these moves once official announcements are made.
