On the run a bit today – here are a couple of quick things…

• I have heard that the search at Pace (NY) is down to 3-4 candidates. Some of the names mentioned are Robert Morris assistant Mike Byrnes, former Towson head coach Pat Kennedy, and former Hofstra assistant Steve DeMeo. It sounds like this search will be wrapped up shortly.

• Good friend Chris DiSano over at College Chalktalk DM’d me last night and told me that he had heard Santa Clara assistant Dustin Kerns will return to Wofford to become the associate head coach. Before joining the staff at Santa Clara six years ago, he was an assistant at Wofford under Mike Young. He has also worked at Tennessee as a GA and Tennessee Tech as the DBO.
