A few quick hitters to kick off the week…

New Holy Cross head coach Dave Paulsen has started to assemble his staff. I can confirm that Texas A&M Commerce assistant Ted Rawlings will be hired as an assistant. Before joining the Commerce staff back in 2019, Rawlings served as the DBO at George Mason under Paulsen (2016-19). He has also been the DBO at Brown, and assistant at the University of the Sciences (PA).

I can confirm that on campus interviews are underway at Rhode Island College starting today. I have heard that the three finalists are: Emerson College associate head coach Jack Barrett, former Holy Cross assistant Sam Ferry, and a current D3 head coach from Massachusetts. Sounds like this one will be wrapped up by the end of the week, with an announcement coming early next week.

I have heard that Loyola Maryland head coach Tavares Hardy has worked quickly to replace Tiny Adams, who departed the staff a few weeks ago. Sounds like he has hired an current D1 assistant from the MAAC. More on this one when it becomes official.

It sounds like Zoom’s are underway at NJCAA Yavapai College (AZ). Sounds like once these wrap, they will bring three finalists to campus. Working on names now.
