A few quick things that I just heard this morning. More coming later today…
Towson Assistant Coach/Director of Basketball Operations Beruk Asfaw is on the move and will join Chris Capko’s new staff at Ball State. Asfaw had been on the Towson staff since 2024, and has also been an assistant at Pacific, and a grad assistant at USC.
I have heard that North Dakota State assistant Josh Jones will become an assistant at Akron. Jones has spent the past six seasons at NDSU and was an assistant at Western Illinois before that. He will join Concord head coach Todd May (D2 DIRT) as members of Dustin Ford’s new Zips staff.
Mammoth Sports Consulting has the search at D2 Clayton State. They are helping search for a replacement for Vince Alexander who resigned late last week. My complete list of schools and their search firm partners is HERE.
