Two quick assistant coach hirings…

• Loyola Marymount will hire Reggie Morris an as assistant coach. He will replace John Peterson who joined Vancouver, Washington based Shoot 360 – a high tech basketball training company earlier this spring. Morris has most recently been the head coach at powerhouse Redondo HS (CA) where he won a state championship back in 2013. He was also Russell Westbrook’s coach at Leuzinger HS (CA).

• Chattanooga will name Kevin Easley as an assistant coach. He was most recently the DBO at UNC Wilmington, and has also served as an assistant at High Point, UNCG, and Tennessee Martin. Easley replaces Reggie Witherspoon who became the head coach at Canisius last week.
