Some things that I’ve heard as we head into the Labor Day weekend…

• Brett Putz has been hired as the second assistant at St. Cloud State University (MN). He replaces Dan DeWitt who took the Head Job at Mayville State University (ND) this past Spring. Putz, who finished his playing career this past season, is the all-time leader in games played at SCSU.

• Todd May, who was the top assistant at Columbus State CC (OH) has left CSCC to take become an assistant at Concord University. The official announcement is expected shortly.
