Today’s "dirt"…
• I have heard that North Florida will hire Ian Gibson as the DBO. Gibson is a UNF alum who was most recently the assistant strength coach at South Carolina. He has also been a GA at VCU and was a part of their 2010-11 Final Four run.
• I can confirm that Jeremy Henney has been added to the staff as an assistant at Huntington University (IN). He spent two seasons as the DBO at Davidson, and has also been an assistant at Lenoir-Rhyne College.
• Bryce Tesdahl has been hired as the graduate assistant at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Tesdahl follows Head Coach Matt Bowen from Bemidji State University, where he played for Bowen the past four seasons as the starting point guard. Tesdahl finished his career as the all-time leading assist man in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference history and most assists in Bemidji State history.
• I have heard that Colby CC (KS) has hired Zander Tasch as an assistant coach. Tasch spent the last two years as a GA at Dakota Wesleyan. He was a staffer at LIU – CW Post before that.
