A few things that I’ve heard from the junior college level…

• Scott Ginn has been named as the head coach at Gadsden State CC (AL). He is an alum of the school who will replace his brother Todd who resigned earlier this spring.

• On campus interviews are under way at Roxbury CC (MA). I have heard that a group of 6-8 are still in the mix including 2-3 former DIII head coaches, a few current DIII assistants, and a couple guys with JUCO experience. More on this one as I hear it.

• I have heard from a great source that Western Nebraska CC has offered their open head coach position to a current JUCO head coach. Still waiting to see if he has indeed accepted it. I should know something shortly.

• It sounds like Chad Van Riessen has been named as an assistant coach at Iowa Western. He has spent the past five seasons as an assistant at Missouri State University-West Plains, and has also worked at Northwest Missouri State.

**Correction from earlier tonight….Scott Fields has been named as the ASSOCIATE HEAD COACH coach at USU Eastern – NOT as the head coach.**
