Andrew Dakich has joined the Elon University Men’s Basketball staff as the Director of Basketball Operations. He had spent the past three seasons as a part of the Ohio State men’s basketball family where Elon Head Coach Mike Schrage served as an assistant coach.

Dakich finished his collegiate career with Ohio State in 2017-2018 where he appeared in 34 games and helped the Buckeyes to a 25-9 record and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament. After his graduate year with Ohio State, Dakich joined the Buckeyes staff as a student assistant while he earned his graduate degree in Sports Coaching. He stepped into a Program Assistant role for the 2019-2020 season with the Buckeyes.

Dakich earned his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Michigan in 2017 where he was a member of the Wolverines basketball team for four years.
