I have heard from great sources that there are three finalists for the vacant head coach position at DIII Curry College.  The final three are:

• Matt Blue – Former assistant coach Hartford.  Spent 2010 through 2015 on the staff at Hartford.  Has also been an assistant at Lafayette and DIII Susquehanna (PA).  Played collegiately at St. Lawrence.

• Tim McLaughlin – Assistant coach Wesleyan (CT).  Has spent the past two seasons as an assistant at Wesleyan.  Also spent two seasons as an assistant in Curry’s league (CCC) at Wentworth (MA).  Former manager at Boston College.

• Mike Smiley – Assistant Coach LeMoyne. Has been an assistant at LeMoyne since 2011.  Former DIII assistant at both Union (NY) and Babson (MA).  Played at Holy Cross from 2001-2005.

It sounds like a decision will be made shortly.  More on this as I hear it.
