The DirtKing has been on the DL for the last few days, but I’m back! Big thanks to Mr. Dirt for keeping the site running smoothly over the last few days. As Mr. Dirt told me last night, it’s good that we have a great health care plan here at HoopDirt!

Anyway, here are some things that I’ve heard while recuperating….

Westminster College men’s basketball coach Tommy Connor will join the staff at Utah. He was 264-114 record over 12 seasons at WC. Connor is a former Utah player. He has also been a graduate assistant and assistant with the Utes in the past.

Roshown McLeod has resigned as the coach at St. Benedict’s Prep (NJ) and is looking to get back in on the college level. There are a few current college guys out there that are rumored to want the St. Benedict’s job. I’ve heard that current Wagner College and former St. Benedict’s assistant Bashir Mason and Wagner Director of Basketball Operations and former St. Benedict’s assistant Scott Smith are both interested in the position.

I’ve heard that former Providence assistant Rodell Davis will land at Loyola with new head coach Porter Moser. Davis was with Keno Davis at Providence and Drake, and is a Chicago native.
