This is a great 2 foot floater series from our partner DJ Sackmann in the Dish Lab. It’s a great way to get the body moving and work on footwork and touch in the lane.

Make sure to focus on the details like catching with a split catch and landing outside-inside to control your body properly.

This is a great series to work on at home. Of course using a Dr. Dish will help enhance the action by increasing reps and simulating a defender protecting the rim, but it’s NOT necessary to work on this action.
