5x WNBA All-Star Skylar Diggins-Smith demonstrates a great drill for footwork, changing pace, and getting into your shot quickly!

  • Start with your side to the basket
  • As you receive the pass, drop your weakside foot and turn to face the basket and shoot

Skylar says, “You want to get into your shot quickly, you want to move at a game-speed. But also, this is very fundamental footwork for you.”
