Drill of The Week

In this drill from Coach Tony Miller players will work on finishing against a defender. As the game of basketball gets faster and faster, players need to be able to finish through contact. Using your body control to not be phased by the defender jumping with you. Playing at full speed can catch the defender off guard, use your speed to your advantage. This drill runs at a fast pace, players getting reps on reps to improve their game. Checkout the drill breakdown in the video below!
