Here are a few names that I’ve heard who may try to get involved with the Eastern Washington job:

Jeff Hironaka – Assistant Coach Washington State. Former head coach at Seattle Pacific. Knows the area well – a must for the next EWU head coach.

Ryan Looney – Head Coach Seattle Pacific. Was also the head coach at Eastern Oregon. Has won at both stops.

Jim Hayford – Head Coach Whitworth University. He is 216-56 in 10 seasons at WU. His team is currently in the NCAA DIII tourney (27-1).

Travis DeCuire – Assistant Coach Cal. Knows the area – is the formaer head coach at Sammamish High School and Green River Community College in Washington. Finishing his 3rd season at Cal.
