I can now confirm that there has been a shake-up on the staff at Fairfield. Head coach Sydney Johnson has dismissed associate head coach Tony Newsom and assistant coach Martin Bahar. Both Newsom and Bahar served as assistants to Johnson at Princeton, and followed him to Fairfield in 2011. Newsome has also been the associate head coach at Holy Cross, and an assistant at Rider and Siena. Bahar was a graduate manager at Georgetown before joining the Princeton staff. Fairfield is coming off of back-to-back seven win seasons.
