The Queens University of Charlotte Men’s Basketball program is accepting applications for the position of Director of Player Development. This is a key support role within our NCAA Division I program, focusing on the holistic development of student-athletes on and off the court.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with individual skill development, game preparation, and player performance improvement
  • Supporting practice planning and film breakdown
  • Promoting a positive team culture focused on discipline, accountability, and growth
  • Collaborating with coaches and staff to support academic, personal, and athletic development of players
  • Coordinating with strength and conditioning, nutrition, and athletic training personnel
  • Helping organize camps, clinics, and community service efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in player development, ideally at the collegiate or professional level
  • Strong background in developing post players and forwards is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Queens University of Charlotte and NCAA compliance

This position provides an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to impact a growing Division I program. This is a volunteer position.
