Run The Show is hiring a part time Player Development Coach.
RTS is a Player Development Company based out of Cleveland, Ohio. We work with everything from beginners to pro players. We have facilities in Pittsburgh and Cleveland. This position is for Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on court instruction (youth to pro players) 1 on 1 & group style
- Aid company operations & logistics
- Mild administrative duties
- Direct and Assist at RTS Events & Clinics
Requirements:
- Quality on court instructor / coach
- High School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Preferred: College / Pro Basketball Coaching Experience
- Mandatory Basketball Background (any of the following: playing, coaching, working)
- Live / move to Cleveland, Ohio
- Valid Driver’s License
- Desire for career in basketball
- Good background check
- High energy / good spirit
- Ability to work with players of all ages

Run The Show is a Player Development Company with branches in Pittsburgh, PA & Cleveland, OH. RTS is looking for someone who has coached before and is desiring a career in basketball. We hope to have someone who can grow with the company or someone who wants to bounce back to College / NBA. We will want credible references to speak on your behalf. We are looking to hire by October, 2025.
