| Run The Show is hiring a full time Player Development Coach. RTS is a Player Development Company based out of Pittsburgh, PA. We work with everything from beginners to pro players. We also have a Men’s Post-Grad Prep Program. Responsibilities: Lead on court instruction (youth to pro players) Aid company operations & logistics Mild administrative duties Direct and Assist at RTS Events & Clinics Assistant Coach Men’s Prep Program Requirements: High School Diploma Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills Preferred: College Basketball Coaching Experience Mandatory Basketball Background (any of the following: playing, coaching, working) Valid Driver’s License Desire to for career in basketball Good background check High energy / good spirit Ability to work with players of all ages What We Offer: Full Time Salary Work with former NBA & Division I Coaches Heavy on court coaching responsibility Long term growth opportunities with up and coming Basketball Company.
