Finlandia University men’s basketball coach Terry Smith is leaving to pursue new career opportunities, effective April 18, 2014.
"I have been proud to serve Finlandia University for the past three years," said Smith. "Coaching is so rewarding and the relationships that we develop are long lasting. I would like to thank the student-athletes, the athletics staff, and Director of Athletics Chris Salani for this opportunity."

Finlandia will begin a search for Smith’s replacement immediately.
