The University of Florida has dismissed their Title IX investigation into Head Men’s Basketball Coach Todd Golden according to a letter from his attorney:

The University of Florida had received a Title IX report on September 27th alleging that third-year Gators head coach “engaged in various conduct that potentially violated the UF Gender Equity Policy.”
“The University of Florida takes these matters seriously and works deliberately to ensure that due process is upheld for everyone,” university spokesperson Steve Orlando said in a statement. “After a thorough investigation that included dozens of interviews over the past months, the University of Florida has found no evidence that Todd Golden violated IX. The Title IX office has closed its investigation.”
Golden, who is currently in his 3rd season as the Gators head coach, has them sitting at #5 in the county (18-2, 5-2 SEC) and off to their best start since reaching the Final Four in 2014.
