Two Friday night quick hitters….

• Rutgers DBO Jim Carr is headed for a spot on Dan Hurley’s staff at URI. Sounds like he will move from the DBO role to an assistant spot. Carr has been at Rutgers for 13 seasons.

• It sounds like Marist head coach Chuck Martin will add Davidson Day School coach Ron Johnson to the staff. Johnson spent the past three years at DDS, going 75-21. Johnson has given his two weeks notice, and will not join the Marist staff until after April 13th.
