A trio of small colleges have hired new coaches.
Post University (CT) named Al Sokaitis head coach. Sokaitis has been the head coach at Western State College, Alaska Fairbanks, University of Southern Maine, and North Adams State College (276-256 – 20 seasons). He also coached briefly in the ABA and was the women’s coach at Western State for two seasons (24-30).

Hendrix College head coach Dan Priest has resigned after six seasons to become the head coach at DIII Kenyon College. He went 69-80 at Hendrix and will be returning to his home state of Ohio.
Replacing Priest at Hendrix will be women’s coach Thad McCracken. McCracken served as an assistant to Priest (2005-2009) before taking over the women’s program. This past season, McCracken’s squad went 21-5.
