Dillon Hargrove has been named as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at NJCAA Missouri State West Plains. Hargrove had served as the head coach at fellow NJCAA member McCook CC (NE) since 2024.

Hargrove’s squad went 18-14 (7-7) this pas season. Prior to his time at McCook, Hargrove spent four seasons at NJCAA D2 National Park College (AR). He coached the team to its first-ever national championship in March of 2024.

While at NPC, he compiled an 82-27 coaching record while leading the Nighthawks to Region II regular season championships the past two years and a program best 31-1 record during the 2023-24 campaign.

Hargrove began his coaching career as an assistant with men’s basketball program at Lyon College (AR) in 2016. The following year he coached at Flippin High School before becoming as an assistant at Little Priest Tribal College (NE).
