Gardner-Webb has added Mitch Hollis as an assistant basketball coach. Hollis has been on the staff at D2 Oklahoma Baptist since 2022, and was an assistant at D2 Young Harris College before that. Prior to his time at YHC, Hollis served as video coordinator at Gardner-Webb. There has not been an official press release, but GWU released the following on social media:
