Missouri Kansas City assistant Andre McGee, who is at the middle of the current Louisville sex scandal, has resigned.  Fox4KC.com obtained a letter that McGee wrote to UMKC AD Carla Wilson which read in part:

“The university deserves a full-time assistant coach and I am not able to provide that to the basketball team while the false allegations against me are being investigated”

McGee has been the focus of the prostitution probe at Louisville which occurred when he was a graduate assistant on Rick Pitino’s staff. More on this as it develops.
