Eastern Michigan head coach Rob Murphy is on his way to getting a contract extension. The Eastern Michigan Board of Regents is set to approve a new deal as early as this week. Some of the highlights are:

• $210,000 Base salary (no change from current deal)

• $25,000 annually for radio show

• Enhanced incentive amounts

• $10,000 annually if coach remains in his position as of July 1st each year.
