Multiple sources have told me that Virginia Tech assistant Mark Byington has been hired as the head coach at Georgia Southern. He has just completed his first season at Va. Tech – he had previously been an assistant to Bobby Cremins at the College of Charleston. More on this after the official announcement is made.
