I have heard that Grambling State head coach Joseph Price has been fired. He was 5-52 in his two seasons as the head coach at GSU. Apparently a new president took the reigns at GSU on Tuesday, and her first act was to ax both Price and Athletic Director Aaron James. Price, who played at Notre Dame for Digger Phelps, went 0-28 in his first season at GSU, and 5-24 last season. He has also been an assistant at Lamar, Ball State, IUPUI, and Morehead State. I have been told to expect the official announcement today.
