According to a source, LSU assistant coach Nick Robinson will be the next head coach at Southern Utah. Robinson has reportedly beat out Barret Peery (Indian Hills) and Ron Verlin (Pacific) for the job – we confirmed them as the final three last week (http://hoopdirt.com/blog/d02438ca/southern-utah-update/…). Robinson Hails from Salt Lake City, UT and played at Stanford. He has been a part of Trent Johnson’s staff at both LSU and Stanford. My sources also tells me that the official press conference will take place this afternoon on the SUU campus.
